Guest Services

Our front desk is available to ensure your satisfaction with your services. If you are ever not satisfied, bring it to their attention and we will rectify the situation immediately.

Scheduling

We highly recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon in order to have your preferred appointment time. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early and relax with a cup of tea or a cappuccino. Please keep in mind that your appointment may need to be shortened if you arrive late as a courtesy to our next guest.

Payments

Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We cannot give cash back.

Gratuities

Gratuities may NOT be added to credit cards, nor are we able to add them to gift certificates.

Refunds

Indulge Salon and Beauty Bar does not offer refunds on services. If a client is dissatisfied with his/her service we offer a correction, at no charge if scheduled within 10 days of original appointment.

For the safety and well-being of all children brought to Indulge Salon we ask that adult supervision is strongly enforced. Sharp scissors and hot irons are within reach. Your cooperation regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
